This project is a collaborative project with the aim of reducing the sulfur output of diesel and kerosene production according to European standards (euro-o5) by 10 ppm as an EPC, which includes:
- Design, purchase and construction of a diesel desulfurization unit with a capacity of 53,000 BPSD
- Design, purchase and construction of kerosene desulfurization unit with a capacity of 31,500 BPSD
- Design, purchase and construction of a hydrogen production unit with a capacity of 42 MMSCF
- Design, purchase and construction of sulfur recycling unit with a capacity of 110T/D
- Design, purchase and construction of power generation unit (5x13MW) GTG
- Optimizing the amine unit by increasing the capacity by 16 T/Hr
- Optimizing the sour water separation unit by increasing the capacity to 120 T/Hr
- Optimization of wastewater treatment unit by increasing its capacity to 100T/Hr
- Construction of ancillary facilities including Flare and its appendices, fixed roof and floating roof storage tanks
- Construction of Roman control buildings, power station, power plant, etc.
- Implementation, installation and commissioning of all the mentioned systems and delivery to the employer
