Capacity increase and optimization of Shazand Arak Refinery

The purpose of the project is to increase capacity and optimization in Shazand Arak Refinery. In this project, this company is responsible for the piping of Flare and Inter Connect lines between the units and the installation of its peripheral equipment as follows:
- Pipe welding in sizes from 1/2 inch to 84 inches and different thicknesses in the amount of 320,000 inches in diameter.
- Installation and welding in sizes from 1/2 inch to 84 inches with a length of about 212 km.
- Installation of fix and rotary equipment with a total weight of 520 tons.
- Construction and installation of Steel Structure with a total weight of 535 tons
- Implementation of paint and insulation of pipes and fittings with an area of approximately 120,000 square meters
- Cabling in different sizes with a length of approximately 280 km
- Installation and implementation of various electrical items and tools, precise tools and fire alarm.
- Carrying out various civil operations, including excavation, embankment, concreting, etc.
