The purpose of this project is to build a gas pressure booster station with an approximate capacity of 90 million cubic meters per day, including the design, purchase, implementation and installation of all civil and structural equipment, mechanical items, plumbing, electricity and telecommunications, and precision tools as briefly described below.:
- Designing the whole package of the gas pressure boosting station
- Buying various items such as piping, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation, HVAC, plumbing, safety ,Etc.
- Landscaping, road construction and fencing and construction of industrial and non-industrial buildings such as control, security, health, administrative and repair buildings, generators, air compressors, etc.
- Implementation and installation of mechanical, gas and process equipment including 4 turbo compressors, Air Cooler, Scrubber and air compressor package, Vent Stack ,etc.
- Installation of gas turbine fuel supply package and gas pressure reduction station building along with all relevant equipment
- Prefabrication of all parts of the plumbing department such as pipes and fittings, installation of equipment including valves and flanges
- Plumbing between the project equipments, performing related tests, insulation, rust removal and paint
- Implementation, installation and construction of electrical and telecommunication equipment such as transformers, medium and low voltage panels, lightning arresters, emergency power generators, CCTV, paging, lighting, earthing and related cabling.
- Implementation, installation and construction operations in the precision instruments sector, such as the installation of control system equipment, fire alarm system, SCS, Field Instrument and control cabling and precision instruments
- Functional testing operations, pre-launch and 72 hours of project launch
